GRANT PARK RECREATION CENTER
Built in 2006, Grant Park Recreation Center in Northlake is the location of Veterans Park District’s administrative offices, as well as a full-size gymnasium, a walking track, party and meeting rooms, and more!
GYMNASIUM
The gym at Grant Park Recreation Center is available to rent for sports and recreational purposes only. Reservations must be received at least one day in advance. Please call (708) 343-5270 to reserve the gym.

EXERCISE TRACK
Enjoy our temperature-controlled indoor exercise track at Grant Park Recreation Center which runs the perimeter of the gym. Get your recommended daily exercise completed rain or shine, freezing weather or scorching heat. Fourteen times around the track equals one mile. Free to Veterans Park District residents. Sign-in at the front desk.
HALL RENTALS
Looking for a place to host your next party? Veterans Park District’s rental halls are perfect for private parties such as showers, birthday parties, or family reunions. Grant Park Recreation Center has two rooms available for rent: Glick Hall with a capacity of 250 people, and Trevino Hall with a capacity of 80 people.
If you are interested in renting a hall, please call (708) 343-5270 for availability and more information. A deposit fee, ½ of the total amount of rental cost, proper ID’s and a completed rental contract are due at the time of reservation. Hall rentals require a three-hour minimum. Rentals must be paid in full ten business days before the event. Please see contract for further guidelines.
