Barre Fitness

(High Intensity Interval Training)

Try out barre. A workout which combines basic barre moves with high intensity interval training to strengthen and tone while increasing your metabolism and endurance. The super-efficient high intensity interval training method is the ideal workout for a quick burn and barre is incredibly effective for a leaner sculpted look. Combine these two training methods together and you have the perfect workout for the Modern day, busy women.

Belly Dance

(Beginner – Advanced)

Increase your flexibility and get in shape with belly dance. Make new friends! This is a very old art form that has been used for centuries as a form of exercise for fun and fitness. Belly dance strengthens your inner core muscles, while increasing flexibility. Please bring a hip scarf if you have one.

Zumba

(Beginner – Advanced)

Forget the workout. Just lose yourself in the music! Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. It is easy to do, effective, and totally exhilarating.

Total Fitness

This is a class for someone looking for a variety in their workout. This class will include aerobics, step, and interval training. Music is used to make these workouts fun and exciting. Bring an exercise mat if you have one, all other equipment will be provided.

Yoga for the Actively Aging

A gentle yoga class that is designed to maintain healthy joints, muscular flexibility and strength. Stretching movement and static poses will also help improve your balance and coordination. Poses can be done using a chair or free-standing according to your abilities.
